Our Origin Story
Not long ago, our founders were college sophomores experiencing the effects of the pandemic on their education. Before that, they were middle school and high students in inner city Brooklyn navigating the education system. Today, they have begun successful careers in technology despite their non-traditional background and training. They credit their academic success in any subject to educators who provided support in and especially out of the classroom.
That's why, at Ready, Set, Tutor!, we aim to foster an environment where students are confident and curious. Every session incorporates student's preferred learning styles. Our execution allows students to close any gaps in their knowledge, learn new ways to approach problems, and gain the confidence to begin any problem. Students we've taught, equipped with the strategies and material we've instilled, have gone on to earn 4s and above on their AP exams. Many have gotten into top universities and liberal arts schools such as Duke, Brown, Yale, Tufts, and more.

Road to Success
Ready, Set, Tutor! offers virtual tutoring specializing in Math & English for high school​ students on their road to success. Sessions can be purchased individually or in a package. We also offer 45 minutes group-style office hours as an add-on service *

They pride themselves on being knowledgeable in their respective fields and are experts in fostering an environment that enables every racer to be Curious and Confident by taking the time to listen, plan, and execute.
Our coaches understand the unique challenges racers continue to face due to the pandemic. This is why they are dedicated to getting them to and through the finish line which is when racers show subject mastery and understanding.
